LLaMA 3.3 70B, Meta's open-source large language model, served via Groq's inference API. Groq runs it at very high speed, which is why results come back in under 5 seconds.
How accurate is the summary?
Strong on factual documents: reports, research papers, contracts, manuals. It reads the actual text, not a description of the PDF. Accuracy drops on highly technical or heavily formatted documents where context depends on tables or diagrams.
What types of documents work best?
Reports, research papers, business documents, contracts, and articles. The model handles dense prose well. Spreadsheet-heavy PDFs or documents that are mostly tables and charts summarize less cleanly.
How long can the PDF be?
Works best up to ~50 pages. For longer documents, it summarizes the first portion to keep response times fast.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
No. Scanned PDFs have no selectable text. Run the PDF through OCR PDF first to extract the text, then summarize.
Is my document sent to a third party?
The extracted text is sent to Groq's API for summarization. Your file is processed on our server, deleted immediately, and only the text content is forwarded. Nothing is stored.
Do I need to sign up?
