Using Papyrio at papyrio.net means you accept these terms.
What Papyrio is
Papyrio is an online document toolkit with 30 tools: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to PDF, compress, merge, split, rotate, watermark, OCR, sign, redact, translate, summarize, and more. We provide it as-is — no guarantees on uptime, accuracy, or conversion quality.
Accounts and billing
Free accounts get 3 conversions per day. Pro gives you unlimited conversions, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel any time from your dashboard — access continues until the billing period ends. We don't refund partial periods unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Papyrio to:
- Upload files containing malware or malicious code
- Upload files you don't have the right to process
- Attack, overload, or disrupt our servers
- Bypass rate limits through automated means
- Do anything illegal
Your files
You own your files. Uploading one means you have the right to do so. We process files for conversion only — nothing is stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Rate limits
Papyrio enforces per-user rate limits. Heavy or automated use may result in temporary throttling.
No warranties
Papyrio is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, error-free conversions, or that output meets your requirements. Use it at your own risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Papyrio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss — arising from your use of the tool.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Using Papyrio after a change means you accept the update.
