By using Papyrio at papyrio.net ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
Papyrio is an online document toolkit available at papyrio.net offering 27 tools including Word/PowerPoint/Excel to PDF, compress PDF, merge PDF, split PDF, image to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF to Word, PDF to text, rotate PDF, watermark PDF, OCR PDF, and more. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability, accuracy, or output quality.
Accounts and subscriptions
A free account gives you 3 conversions per day. A Pro subscription gives you unlimited conversions. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Upload files that infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights you do not own
- Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent rate limits or access restrictions through automated means
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Your files and content
You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to do so. Files are processed solely for the purpose of conversion and are not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Rate limits and fair use
To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces rate limits on conversions. Excessive usage may result in temporary access restrictions.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion output will meet your requirements. Use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papyrio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data or documents.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
