Is Papyrio free?
Yes. Every tool is free, no watermarks, no signup required. Free accounts get 3 conversions a day. Pro removes that cap.
Do I need an account?
No. Create one if you want to track usage or upgrade to Pro.
What are the file size limits?
Free: 50 MB. Pro: 200 MB.
What happens to my files after conversion?
We process them in memory and delete them the moment your download starts. Nothing is stored, indexed, or shared.
Are my files secure?
Everything runs over HTTPS. Files never touch a database and never leave our server — all processing uses open-source tools we run ourselves.
What formats does Papyrio support?
Input: DOCX, DOC, ODT, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG, WEBP, HTML. Output: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, JPG, plain text. Most tools also work on existing PDFs.
How does Pro work?
Monthly or yearly, billed via Stripe. Unlimited conversions, 200 MB file limit, all 30 tools. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
How do I cancel Pro?
Dashboard → Manage → cancel in the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Does Papyrio use cookies?
No advertising or tracking cookies. Clerk sets a session cookie when you sign in. We store your language preference locally so the site remembers it.
