Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the conversion?
PDF is a fixed-layout format, so complex designs don't always map cleanly to editable slides. Text-heavy PDFs convert best. Graphical or scanned PDFs may appear as images on slides.
How do I convert PDF to PowerPoint without Adobe?
Upload here. LibreOffice handles the conversion on our server: no Adobe, no desktop software, no account.
Will the text on slides be editable?
For text-based PDFs, yes; text comes through as editable PowerPoint text boxes. For scanned PDFs or PDFs made from images, slides will contain images of the content, not editable text.
Can I edit the slides after conversion?
The output is a standard .pptx file. Open it in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or LibreOffice Impress.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Scanned PDFs convert as image slides. To get editable text, run the PDF through OCR PDF first, then convert.
Do I need to sign up?
No account required. Guests get one conversion per day; free accounts get 10.
Is there a file size limit?
50 MB per file.
Is my file safe?
Your file is processed in memory and deleted the moment your download starts. Nothing is stored.
