Frequently asked questions
What image formats are supported?
JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PNG (.png), and WebP (.webp). Most photos from your phone or screenshots are JPEG or PNG, and both work fine.
Can I convert multiple images into one PDF?
Each upload produces one single-page PDF. To combine several images into one document, convert each separately then merge the results using our Merge PDF tool.
Will the image quality be preserved?
The image is embedded into the PDF at its original resolution. No resampling or compression happens during conversion.
Does it work with screenshots?
Screenshots are PNG files, fully supported. Drop one in and it converts in a few seconds.
Can I convert a photo from my phone?
Open papyrio.net in your phone's browser, tap to upload from your camera roll, and download the PDF. No app needed.
Do I need to sign up?
No account required. Guests get one conversion per day; free accounts get 10.
Is there a file size limit?
50 MB per image, enough for very high-resolution photos.
Is my file safe?
Your image is processed in memory and deleted the moment the PDF is returned. Nothing is stored.
